I hope you can tell this is Captain Mayuri from Tite Kubo's Bleach (he's not wearing a mask so I thought people would have questions))..
--tried to draw him in realistic style so here you go.
The background is not finished but I just realized that I'll die faster than get this thing done T^T let's hope maybe some day it will happen anyway
